Levelling agent for polyester BSD-K2

Purpose

This series of disperse dyes is a leveling agent for dyeing polyester fibers under high temperature and high pressure to increase the leveling and reproducibility of dyeing.

Characteristics

It has good slow-dyeing and migration properties, which can make disperse dyes evenly dyed, and can increase dye migration at high temperatures to ensure that dyed fabrics obtain uniform colors.

Good dispersibility, can prevent the agglomeration of disperse dyes during high temperature dyeing.

It can prevent the formation of uneven radial streaks and prevent the color flowers caused by rapid dyeing.

Good dyeing reproducibility. 

Wide applicability, while meeting level dyeing, it also has a strong degreasing effect. Both acid bath and alkaline bath dyeing can be used.

This product is suitable for high-temperature dyeing of polyester fibers, especially polyester superfine fibers. It has excellent migration and leveling properties, and can significantly improve uneven dyeing defects. At the same time, it is easier to correct the dyed fabric.
